Ascension secures £1.7m in funding from UKI2S and Innovate UK to tap geothermal critical mineral reserves

Ascension develops technology to recover critical minerals from underground geothermal systems. It enables extraction from volcanic rock deposits without surface mining, reducing environmental impact and reliance on concentrated supply chains.
