Its proprietary AI system, GENIE, turns unstructured clinical information into structured, usable healthcare data. In primary care, GENIE powers BetterLetter, an AI-powered clinical coding platform that has processed more than five million documents to date. DYAD's technology is already used by more than 200 GP surgeries, with the company supporting the processing of approximately 500,000 clinical letters each month.
