Respiro Diagnostics raises a £1m pre-seed round led by Zinc Venture Capital and SFC Capital to develop breath-based liquid biopsy for lung cancer

Respiro Diagnostics has developed a breath-based liquid biopsy platform for the early, non-invasive detection of lung cancer and other diseases of the lung. Its device captures a liquid breath sample in minutes and profiles the DNA, RNA and protein within it, giving clinicians a route to earlier detection and more targeted treatment without invasive tissue biopsies.
