Chorus Intelligence, a digital intelligence and investigative software startup, has raised £15 million in funding from Maven Capital Partners. The investment will support the continued development of the Chorus Intelligence Suite (CIS), as well as international expansion, increased integration of AI capability and potential M&A activity.
Founded in 2011, it develops and deploys digital investigation software used by law enforcement and government agencies worldwide. The CIS platform delivers data cleansing, analysis, search, enrichment and evidential reporting tools, enabling teams to process large and complex data sources, connect structured and unstructured data, identify suspects and criminal networks, and improve evidential outputs.
Adoption of the platform is growing across the United Kingdom and United States, driven by increasing digital crime and demand for centralised investigative tools. The investment will support further development of the technology and expansion into new markets as it scales in what is described as a fragmented market.
