Floqer, a customer data platform for go-to-market teams, has raised £1 million in a pre-seed round backed by N49P, F7 Ventures, the Perplexity fund, and a group of angel investors including Alex Norman, Kelly Graziadei, Joanna Lee, Janneta Tabakov, Denis Yarats, Ian Whytock and Jenny Yang.
Floqer's founders argue that building a product has become fast thanks to AI, but reaching the right customer and understanding them is still slow, because that understanding depends on data scattered across public sources such as news, the web and social media, and private sources such as a company's own Slack, CRM and sales calls. Large language models now make it possible to read and act on that previously unstructured, unreadable data at scale. Floqer brings together more than 100 industry-leading third-party data sources alongside a company's private data, structured and unstructured, and turns it into one living understanding of each customer so go-to-market teams can sell more precisely.
Working with companies including Wise, Perplexity, AngelList and Pulumi, Floqer found that teams wanted a single system that could pull trustworthy data from every public and private source into one source of truth, rather than assembling it by hand. The company describes what it is building as the first autonomous customer knowledge base, letting teams surface patterns such as hiring trends or product changes that preceded a top customer signing, then find and reach similar companies and people with more relevant intent than a generic list.
Co-founders Shivam Mahajan and Zaaheda went full-time on Floqer in late October 2024. Revenue is 8x what it was in June 2025, and the team includes a former YC founder who had raised $2.5 million and joined after a customer call, a former e-commerce operator who now leads GTM engineering, and an engineer who now scales infrastructure behind more than 10 billion requests a week.
