Inforcer, a unified Microsoft security and AI management platform built for Managed Service Providers, has raised £34 million in a Series C round from Insight Partners. The investment sees Insight Partners take a minority stake alongside existing investors Meritech Capital and Dawn Capital.
As MSPs increasingly deliver Microsoft security, compliance and AI-focused services to small and medium-sized businesses, demand has grown for a scalable, multi-tenant control plane. Inforcer answers that need by allowing MSPs to standardise configuration, security and data governance across all tenants, and to reduce risk by monitoring and alerting for change and drift in real time. Reporting and automation features remove manual, error-prone scripting, while Copilot Manager and Shadow AI detection give MSPs an entry point into delivering a repeatable managed AI service at scale.
Inforcer has recently expanded the platform to include Threat Detection & Response (inforcer TDR) TDR to help MSPs identify both human and AI-enhanced threats, contain breaches and prevent attacks from recurring across large SMB customer estates. The result is a single platform unifying Microsoft management with both left and right of boom security, letting MSPs consolidate on Microsoft technologies and change their unit economics.
Since launching in 2023, the platform has been adopted by more than 1,400 high-profile MSPs across North America, EMEA and APAC, with more than 100 new MSPs joining every month. Rapid global adoption over the past 24 months carried inforcer through Series A, B and C rounds in the space of 18 months. Headquartered in Richmond, London, United Kingdom, inforcer has built a global team with offices in the US, Australia, the Netherlands and Denmark. The investment will fund further expansion of the platform, helping MSPs defend their SMB customers against advancing threats, particularly those enhanced by AI.
Anthropic's Claude Code can make anyone a 'vibe coder' and Mythos has the potential to make anyone a hacker. The threat landscape has never been more dangerous for SMBs. This funding round has armed us to expand our platform to help MSPs defend their SMB customers against advancing threats, especially those enhanced by AI.
As AI adoption grows throughout the enterprise, securing and driving AI readiness across productivity platforms is crucial for MSPs. Our conviction in inforcer is driven by its velocity of innovation, deep alignment with Microsoft and commitment to MSP success that positions the company as a transformational leader in the category.
