Log my Care is a B2B SaaS provider of digital care management software to the care sector, with a specialism in complex care. The platform holds NHS Assured Supplier status and supports better outcomes for some of the United Kingdom's most vulnerable people.

Log my Care, a B2B SaaS provider of digital care management software to the care sector, has secured a £2 million growth credit facility from Palatine Growth Credit. The growth credit facility will be used for further feature enhancements in the Log my Care platform, including investment in artificial intelligence.

Founded in 2017, Log my Care provides digital care management software with a specialism in complex care. Holding NHS Assured Supplier status, Log my Care supports better outcomes for some of the United Kingdom's most vulnerable people by making it easier to develop comprehensive care plans and helping to ensure good quality levels of care. The business has scaled to serve more than 1,000 customers across the United Kingdom, who are, in turn, responsible for the support of 30,000 service users.

The growth credit facility will support Log my Care’s AI roadmap, which focuses on the development of greater care plan tools and risk prediction models. Feature enhancements in the platform aim to enable care workers to do their job more effectively and to ensure high quality benefits those most vulnerable in society. The funding is intended to support preventative care by enhancing quality of care for many thousands of people.

Log my Care has timed the announcement of the new growth credit facility with a change in the business’ leadership structure. In September, Sam Hussain, one of the founders of the business and Chief Executive Officer, moved into a new role as Founder Director. Matt Russell has joined the business as the incoming Chief Executive Officer.

Matt Russell has more than 20 years of experience working across HR and workplace technology. Most recently, he was CEO of employee benefits technology platform Zest, leading the business through a period of significant growth and its subsequent acquisition by European employee benefits provider Epassi Group, following which he took the helm as CEO of both Zest and Epassi UK.

Log my Care is exactly the kind of business that Palatine likes to work with. The team have been on a fantastic growth journey so far, while also staying true to their principles to enable care workers to do their job more effectively and to ensure high quality benefit those most vulnerable in society. The Log my Care product makes it easier to develop comprehensive care plans while also helping to ensure good quality levels of care. We look forward to seeing what the coming years have in store.
