

un:hurd music has completed a strategic funding round that included reinvestment from Willard Ahdritz, Founder & Chairman of Kobalt Music, Dan Runcie of Trapital, Hazel Savage and Leansquare VC. They were joined by new investors including Mindset Ventures Music Tech.
This year, un:hurd music has worked on several domestic and international campaigns, including the UK number 1 album from The K’s, Tinie Tempah’s re-launch and producer Fraser T Smith’s artist project Future Utopia. un:hurd music’s community of artists and record labels now includes more than 185,000 members. The company has announced new partnerships with Amuse, KOSIGN and Bandsintown to reach more artists through the remainder of 2025 and beyond.
un:hurd music will launch its platform on the Google Play store for Android users in November this year, completing access across major devices.
un:hurd’s suite of tools, which includes automated advertising on Spotify, TikTok, YouTube and Meta, data-led playlist pitching, a release cycle builder and AI content generation tools, is also being expanded. The company has launched its Artist Deals vertical, which offers marketing advances to selected artists identified by un:hurd’s technology as ‘high potential’.
Over the next 12 months, un:hurd will publicly launch its statistical attribution engine, developed over the past two years. The engine is trained on the career paths of tens of thousands of artists to provide explanations for metric changes and personalised next-best actions, helping teams make data-driven decisions
