Vinter, a London-based AI-powered recruitment platform, has raised £1.1m in a seed funding round led by ALCORA B.V. Founded in 2024, Vinter accelerates the hiring process by up to nine times and reduces recruitment costs by as much as 80%. The platform, which also operates an R&D hub in Turkey, leverages advanced AI to deliver transparent, data-driven, and efficient hiring solutions.
Vinter provides recruiters with customisable hiring workflows, technical skills assessments, and advanced analytics to make informed hiring decisions. The new funding will support Vinter's global growth and strengthen its position as a leader in AI-driven recruitment.
