Outerlimit emerges from stealth with £12m from VCs to control what actions AI agents can take

Outerlimit is a decentralised security and authorisation layer built for agentic AI. Binding identity, authorisation and action into a single operation at the moment of tool execution, the platform gives enterprises provable visibility over the agents they deploy and deterministic control over the actions those agents are permitted to take.
