ALL THINGS raises £3.6m in funding led by The Equity Studio to scale British dairy products brand

ALL THINGS is a UK-based dairy brand producing British dairy products across multiple categories. It develops products such as butter and cottage cheese for retail consumers and focuses on modernising everyday dairy consumption.

ALL THINGS, a UK-based dairy products startup, has raised £3.6 million in funding led by The Equity Studio, with participation from Access Industries and Active Partners. It produces British dairy products across categories including butter and cottage cheese, and plans to use part of the proceeds to invest in its supply chain to support the scaling of cottage cheese production and expansion into additional dairy categories.

Founded in 2023 by Toby Hopkinson and chef Thomas Straker as All Things Butter, it has expanded beyond its initial product into cottage cheese, which it launched in January. The brand focuses on producing 100% British dairy products and positioning itself at the intersection of food, culture, and social media, targeting everyday consumption through retail distribution.

It is now stocked in over 2,500 stores across the United Kingdom, including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Morrisons, Co-op, Ocado, and Booths, with a rollout into Tesco planned. Beyond the United Kingdom, ALL THINGS has begun expanding into the Middle East and sells products in the UAE through retailers including Waitrose, Carrefour and Spinneys, while preparing for entry into the US market, including a planned launch into an unnamed national US retailer in September.

The company plans to invest in its supply chain and farming partnerships and move towards vertical integration to support scaling production. Expansion into additional dairy categories is also planned as part of this growth strategy.

The brand originated from Straker’s social media presence, which has generated over one billion views and attracted millions of followers. Its products have shown early traction, with cottage cheese outperforming established competitors within a few months of launch and more than half of its cottage cheese customers under the age of 45.
