Better Nature, the UK's leading tempeh brand, has secured £1.1 million in funding to accelerate growth of its high-protein, gut-friendly tempeh range on a global level.
The brand, whose mission is to ‚Äòsave the world from so-so protein like chicken and get everyone eating supercharged protein: tempeh' is a trailblazer in the protein space, tapping into the £3.2 billion UK chicken market to drive consumers towards healthier, more sustainable protein.
The funding was primarily raised from angel investors, with 70% coming from existing investors, reaffirming strong confidence in the company's mission and trajectory.
The new funding will enable Better Nature to supercharge its sales and marketing initiatives, spearhead market-leading innovation and widen the appeal of its high-protein, gut-friendly tempeh products to more consumers in the UK & beyond.
