Giraffe360 secures a £7.5m Series B led by Cipio Partners for real estate marketing tech

Giraffe360, a real estate marketing technology startup, has raised £7.5 million in a Series B from Cipio Partners. The financing will support the company’s next phase of scaling.

This approach is designed to help properties reach the market faster, improve listing quality, and support business growth for users.

Founded in Latvia and now based in Ancoats, it has grown into an international business with more than 200 employees across offices in Latvia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Giraffe360 serves clients in more than 40 countries and operates a subscription model. In 2026, it was named one of the United Kingdom’s Top 100 fastest-growing technology companies in The Sunday Times 100 Tech league table.
