Implement AI, the award-winning startup bringing managed digital workers to organisations from SMEs and scaleups through to FTSE 100 companies, has closed a £1.3m seed round led by angel investor Nigel Wray. Recently named “AI Start-Up of the Year” at the UK Startup Awards London 2025, the company will use the funding to scale its AI Operating System (AIOS) revenues, expand its AI-augmented team, and launch a reseller channel.
The company’s mission is to deploy teams of digital workers that operate alongside human staff to increase revenue, reduce costs, strengthen competitiveness, and improve job satisfaction.
The proceeds will be used to accelerate AIOS subscriptions and usage-based revenues following the platform’s validation, expand the AI-augmented sales and deployment team, build a reseller model for UK ICT and consultancy partners, and extend AIOS with new capabilities such as Computer Use Agents.
The round was led by Nigel Wray, well known for his ownership of Saracens and investments in Domino’s Pizza, Nutmeg, Stubben Edge, Connectd and Franchise Brands.
AIOS delivers digital worker teams across sales, service, customer success, operations, computer use, and analytics. Its shared-memory Agentic CRM integrates with over 600 applications and data sources, while the Agentic Task Engine manages workflows and multi-agent collaboration. The platform runs on a subscription plus consumption model and is fully managed by the Implement AI team to ensure continuous optimisation and support.
Implement AI’s customers span SMEs through to FTSE 100 organisations, with deployments across healthcare, energy, legal, retail, recruitment, facilities management, and professional services.
The company provides managed AI agents that cut costs, improve productivity, and grow revenue without increasing payroll. AIOS enables rapid deployment of digital workers that share memory, connect to business systems, and automate cross-functional workflows. Early digital worker teams cover sales, support, customer success, and analytics.
Backed by SFC Capital and recently named AI Startup of the Year at the UK Startup Awards London, Implement AI is positioning itself to lead the emerging category of managed digital workforces.
