Proxymity raises £20m in growth funding from major banks to expand its investor communication platform

Proxymity provides a digital platform that enables real-time shareholder voting, disclosure and communication, allowing issuers, investors and intermediaries to interact directly and manage proxy processes with greater accuracy and transparency.

Proxymity, a London-based digital investor communication platform, has raised £20m in growth funding from existing investors, including BNP Paribas, BNY, Citi, Clearstream, Computershare, J.P. Morgan, and State Street. Founded by Dean Little, the company provides real-time proxy voting, shareholder disclosure, and investor communication solutions. Its technology offers direct vote execution, golden source meeting information, and up-to-market deadline voting, enhancing transparency and efficiency in investor communications.

Proxymity's platform is already used by issuers, investors, and intermediaries to streamline shareholder interactions. The new funding will support further technological enhancements and geographic expansion, positioning the company for wider market adoption and continued innovation in the sector.
