Querio, an analytics platform built for data teams and the AI agents they work with, has launched with £4 million in total funding. Backers include BMW i Ventures, LAUNCH, the fund run by Jason Calacanis, Haatch Ventures, Araya Ventures, Forum Ventures and Secways.
Staff increasingly turn to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT for business questions, but each tool often works from a different version of a business's numbers. Ask about revenue in three places and people can get three different answers, leaving data teams to spend their time reconciling figures instead of doing new analysis. For decades, analytics vendors have kept the logic behind those numbers inside their own products, where it is hard to move and hard for AI to work with.
Querio gives data teams one place to define what a business's numbers mean. Those definitions, along with reports and analysis, live in the data team's own GitHub rather than inside a vendor's product. Business users can then ask questions in Claude, ChatGPT or Slack and get the same answer each time, because every tool draws on the same definitions. Querio works with existing data warehouses, so teams keep the data infrastructure they already run.
When the business changes, Querio's AI agent updates the affected reports and definitions, and the data team approves each change before anyone sees it. If a sales team renames a field in its CRM, for example, a revenue dashboard can break, a Slack bot can report that no deals closed last week and Claude can return a different figure again. Querio's agent spots the change, fixes everything that depends on it and sends the data team a single update to approve. After that, every tool gives the same answer. That approach lets data teams hand more routine work to AI agents while a person stays in charge of every change that reaches the business.
Rami Abi Habib, co-founder and CEO, and Javier Bonilla, co-founder and CTO, lead the business. Querio is SOC 2 Type II certified and already works with customers including OpenVPN and agree.com. Teams can book a demo of the platform through Querio's website.
For thirty years, analytics tools have kept a company’s logic inside the vendor’s product, where it’s hard to move and hard for AI to work with. Now everyone is asking data questions in Claude, Slack and wherever else they work, and they get three different revenue numbers. We built Querio so the data team owns that logic, and every AI tool in the company answers from it. Say sales renames a field in the CRM. The revenue dashboard breaks, the Slack bot says no deals closed last week and Claude gives a third number. With Querio, the agent spots the change, fixes everything that depends on it and sends the data team one update to approve. After that, every tool gives the same answer.
Companies want to use AI with their data, but they need to trust the answer. Querio lets data teams hand more of the work to AI agents while a person stays in charge of every change that reaches the business.
