Recite Me, a Gateshead-based startup, has raised £4.6 million in a follow-on round led by BGF. Founded by Ross Linnett, the company provides pioneering website accessibility software that removes online obstacles for individuals with disabilities, visual impairments, learning difficulties, and those who speak English as a second language.
The platform addresses key accessibility challenges with assistive technology supporting over 7 million users across Europe, the United States, and Australia in the past year. The additional capital will drive international growth, expand its product offering, and strengthen its position in the market.
