Synkka has launched an AI-powered platform designed to automate parcel delivery operations by replacing manual processes with digital teams. The platform provides an AI workforce to improve efficiency and profitability in scaling delivery networks.
The company announced an oversubscribed pre-seed funding round led by Ascension, with participation from parcel delivery experts including founders and executives from ITA Group, ZigZag, Sendify, One World Express, ex-Asendia, and ex-Global-E.
The founding team includes Torbjörn Maaherra, who previously worked at Einride, Australia Post Global and Centiro; Jordon Cornish, with experience at Affinity and Showpad; and Danylo Topchii, who has worked on AI products at LooqMe and Shares.
Synkka’s first product, the AI Carrier Integration Team, enables companies in ecommerce delivery, 3PL, online marketplaces, and cross-border delivery to reduce costs and accelerate technical integrations. The product allows businesses to enter new markets faster, reduce salary expenses from technical integration roles, and add new delivery partners without increasing headcount.
The company’s roadmap includes expanding its AI teams into areas such as customer support, client implementation, financial reconciliation, and claims management.
