Quinas Technology secures funding from Malta Government Venture Capital for ultra-low power semiconductor memory technology

Quinas Technology is a semiconductor startup developing a non-volatile memory technology designed for high-performance and energy-efficient computing. Its ULTRARAM product combines the speed and endurance of DRAM with the persistence of flash memory for use in AI, data centres, and edge computing systems.
