Food tech startup Cerve has raised £3.5m in a seed round led by SuperSeed, with participation from Zenith Ventures, Ponderosa Ventures, and The First Thirty.
Cerve provides infrastructure and APIs to standardise and enrich food supply chain data, addressing inefficiencies, fragmentation, and a lack of real-time solutions that contribute to global food waste and food security challenges. By offering real-time, enriched data, Cerve empowers organisations to create transformative solutions and automation at scale, tackling food waste and improving supply chain visibility.
The funding will support Cerve in accelerating its vision for a digitally enabled food system, enabling businesses to develop impactful innovations faster and more effectively.
