Corvera has raised £1.5 million to launch an AI software solution designed to give US & UK consumer packaged goods businesses fully automated supply chains and operations.
The raise was driven by Firstminute Capital, with participation from Y Combinator and angel investors Dom Maskell (exited Co-Founder of Runna) and Alex Bouaziz (Co-Founder of Deel), both with a wealth of experience in scaling fast growth tech businesses.
The funding will be used to drive US & UK business growth for Corvera, which is the first AI-driven solution in the UK designed to fully automate the operational & supply chain demands of CPG businesses.
Corvera is founded by Chris Kong, former CEO and co-founder of FMCG protein trailblazer, Better Nature, who steered the brand from startup to market leader between 2019 and 2025; Dirk Breeuwer, former Data, Analytics and AI Lead at Google, who built the first Global Data Warehouse for Google Pixel and led Google’s Marketing AI Transformation Programme; and Matthew Collins, former Head of Product at fast-growing tech company Rosemark and Princeton University Computer Science graduate.
Also joining Kong, Breeuwer and Collins on the leadership team is Berk Güngör, who comes with a wealth of experience in building advanced AI and Machine Learning tech products for business.
Corvera beat off stiff competition from 30,000 global tech startups to win a place in the Winter 2026 Y Combinator, the world’s most prestigious tech accelerator programme that has supported global game-changing startups including Airbnb, Stripe and Dropbox.
